NEW TOOLS FROM PHOENIX SYSTEMS
Phoenix Systems, LLC, has two new tools available. The Phoenix Bench Bleeder is based on a kit built specifically for Hyundai Motor Company, to solve difficult master cylinder bleeding problems by removing all the air prior to installation. This kit enables the technician to perform pressure, vacuum, and RFI bleeding. Bench bleed any master cylinder, ABS unit, caliper, wheel cylinder or hydraulic component in minutes, using patented technology.
Responding to the horror stories from customers in the "rust belt" states, Phoenix Systems has developed the BRAKE FREE. The BRAKE FREE plugs into a standard air hammer, and then over the bleeder valve. It vibrates the bleeder valve, and can be worked back and forth with a wrench. The method is 95% effective in removing the problem bleeder valve.
